兩座綜合教學大樓的興建工程

兩座綜合教學大樓的興建工程將於2009年6月中動工，預期需時約3年，工作時間為星期一至六，每日早上八時至下午六時。星期日及公眾假期不可進行任何工程，有關部門批准除外。

工程主要包括拆御現時的柏苑、松苑和竹苑、樹木保育、工地平整、地基、大樓興建以至園林美化。工地範圍會加設圍板及有蓋行人通道，以保護途經該處的人士和各道路使用者。在工程期間，連接車站路與文林堂及池旁路與應林堂的樓梯小徑會被封閉。工地範圍請參考下面位置圖。

CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF TWO INTEGRATED TEACHING BUILDINGS

The construction works for the Two Integrated Teaching Buildings will be commenced in mid June 2009 and are expected to be completed in 3 years. The working hours are 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. from Monday to Saturday. No work is allowed on Sundays and public holidays, except permitted by relevant authorities.

The scope of works includes demolition of existing Cypress, Pine & Bamboo Lodges, tree works, site formation, foundation and building construction, as well as landscaping works. To protect the campus users, hoarding and covered walkway will be erected around the project site. Steps linking Station Road to Wen Chih Tang and Pond Crescent to Ying Lin Tang will be closed during construction. The extent of works is shown in the location plan below.
